Join Pam Kessinger, owner and teacher of Already Within Yoga Studio (LA) for a unique MIND-BODY-SOUL EXPERIENCE.

Learn how to use your breath and connect with the part of your nervous system that knows everything you need to reduce anxiety, improve sleep and enhance your overall wellbeing. Embark on a journey within using guided meditation, journaling, and visualization.
BODY
Once you’ve learned how to connect to your breath then we dive deeper into a connection with your body. Recovery Yoga, with lots of modifications for all body types, can help you learn to release anything that no longer serves you mentally, physically and emotionally.
